The prices below are suggested starting rates in U.S. dollars and generally apply to one selected image. Final pricing may vary according to circulation, production quantity, placement, territory, license duration, organization size and the extent of commercial use.
Licensing Rates
Fine Art Print Reproduction
Starting at $.05 per image. For producing and selling framed prints, canvas prints, posters or other art reproductions. Standard license may include One approved image, One defined product or print collection, Up to 250 reproductions, One-year license term, Non-exclusive rights, Extended print runs, open editions and international distribution require a custom quote.
Print-on-Demand Products
Starting at $0.75 per image. For products manufactured after a customer places an order, including apparel, stationery, home accessories, calendars, notebooks and similar merchandise. Standard license may include Up to five product types, Up to 500 total units, One-year license term, Direct-to-consumer sales, Non-exclusive rights, Large catalogs, marketplace distribution and higher production volumes require an extended license.
Editorial Use
Starting at $.15 per image. For newspapers, magazines, newsletters, books, blogs, educational materials and informational publications. Digital editorial use: $.15, Print editorial use: $.25, Combined print and digital use: $.35, Cover or prominent feature placement: from $.50. Editorial licenses do not permit product advertising, merchandising or implied endorsements.
Commercial Publishing
Starting at $.50 per image. For books, book covers, reports, brochures, catalogs, annual reports, promotional publications and other revenue-generating or business-related materials. Suggested rates Interior publication placement: $.50, Cover or primary promotional placement: $.90, Print and digital publishing package: $1.25, High-circulation or international publishing: custom quote.
Interior Décor Applications
Starting at $.30 per image. For decorative artwork displayed in residential developments, model homes, professional offices, restaurants, wellness facilities and other interior environments. Standard license may include: One image, One physical installation, Up to three reproductions at one location, Permanent display at the licensed site, Non-exclusive rights, Additional locations or reproductions are priced separately.
Hospitality and Corporate Installations
Starting at $.75 per image. For hotels, resorts, restaurants, healthcare environments, corporate offices, financial institutions and multi-location commercial interiors. Single location, up to five reproductions: $.75, Single location, six to twenty reproductions: $1.50, Multiple properties or business locations: from $2.50, Large-scale, enterprise or international installations: custom quote. Volume discounts may be available when multiple images are licensed for one coordinated project.
Digital Publishing
Starting at $.20 per image. For websites, digital magazines, email campaigns, presentations, reports, social media and other digital communications. Website or blog use: $.20, Organic social media and website use: $.30, Email, presentation and digital-publication package: $.40, Paid digital advertising: from $.60. Pricing may increase for large campaigns, paid media, prominent homepage placement or extended use.
Non-Exclusive Commercial Licensing
Starting at $.60 per image. For general advertising, marketing, branded content, tourism promotion, financial-services communications, outdoor-recreation campaigns, wellness initiatives and other commercial applications. Standard license may include: One organization or brand, Digital and printed marketing materials, North American use, One-year license term, Non-exclusive rights. Large campaigns, paid advertising, packaging, extensive distribution and international use require a custom quote.
Optional Licensing Upgrades
The following rights may be added when available: Additional year: 50% of the original license fee, Worldwide territory: add 50%, Paid advertising rights: from $.50, Additional location: from $.25, Higher reproduction quantity: custom quote. Industry exclusivity: from three times the standard rate. Full exclusivity or rights buyout: custom quote. Custom image development: from $1.50 per concept.
Important Licensing Information
All prices are starting estimates and do not constitute an automatic offer or final license agreement. Each approved use must be documented in writing. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the approved client, project and use. Copyright and ownership are not transferred. mages may not be resold, sub-licensed, redistributed or offered as downloadable source files. Images may not be used as trademarks, service marks or logos. Alterations must not misrepresent the depicted people, places or activities. Sensitive, defamatory, unlawful or misleading uses are prohibited. Artificial-intelligence training, dataset creation and machine-learning use are prohibited without separate written permission.
